Custom Assembly Line:

Our custom assembly line was designed to meet a need for assembling control boxes in the automotive sector, for a customer based in the Rhône.

Key Assembly Steps:

The line consists of 9 different positions.

The main steps are to assemble the thermostatic kits by placing the segments and elements in their capsules, as well as the springs to ensure their proper functioning.

Welding of the capsule caps is then carried out.

The next step is the assembly of the throttle, the centering device and the capsule in the box, putting the seals in place and fixing everything with a clip for a perfect seal.

Finally, we carry out a rigorous internal and external sealing control, laser marking for precise identification, and we package individually.
