Ultrasound: Binding of Solar Exchangers
Goals:
Design of a station to seize by ultrasound and on the fly copper sheets on copper tubes used in air-water type solar exchangers.
Results:
Realization of an autonomous station equipped with a rotating sonotrode which provides ultrasonic welding on the fly at a speed of 10 meters per minute.
