New Mask Model:

Integrate an additional module managing a new mask model (with flaps) on an existing H1N1 flu type mask manufacturing line for a client located in Sophia Antipolis.

Thanks to the solution implemented by ASM, the results obtained are as follows:

• Removal and ultrasonic welding of valves on respiratory masks
• Production rate reaching 24 masks per minute
