Automatic Syringe Assembly Machine
We have produced an automatic assembly machine in ISO class 6, designed for the sequential assembly and filling of syringes with very high precision in the PACA region.
High-precision handling process
Our rotary table solution enables high-precision weighing (50 mg) despite the vibrational constraints associated with component distribution via vibratory bowl feeders. This machine, designed for a Parisian client, offers a seamless process from syringe placement to piston removal, ensuring precise component handling.
