ASM and HighTaiX design and manufacture special machines: production machines with industrial robots, automatic or semi-automatic. Applications include automotive, medical, industrial perfumery, and aerospace.

ASM and its subsidiary HighTaiX design and manufacture custom-made special machines for industrial companies in the Bouches-du-Rhône region. Our design office and workshop in Gardanne, between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, support your projects from the initial specifications to commissioning: semi-automatic workstations, fully automated lines, robotic cells, and cobots. Since 1997, we have designed over 300 machines.

A location in Gardanne, in the heart of the Bouches-du-Rhône

Deeply rooted in the Bouches-du-Rhône region through its subsidiary HighTaiX, the ASM team specializes in the design and manufacture of special machines. Our Puits Morandat site in Gardanne brings together 6 engineers and technicians: mechanical engineers, automation engineers, and robotics engineers.

This close proximity makes all the difference in a custom machine project. We visit your workstation before providing a quote, you can follow the progress of your machine in our workshop, and the final acceptance at our factory takes place just a few dozen minutes from your site. After delivery, our technicians are on-site quickly for maintenance and upgrades.

Our special machines for industrial companies in the 13th arrondissement

We support manufacturers in the PACA region in their production automation projects, integrating the technologies your process needs.

Semi-automatic workstations and assembly machines

When full automation isn't necessary, an assisted workstation improves the speed, repeatability, and ergonomics for your operators. Our rotary table assembly machines perform multiple operations in a single station.

Automated lines and robotic cells

We integrate industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots), including Universal Robots, for which we are a certified integrator, as well as Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, and Stäubli. Palletizing, machine loading, handling, demolding: the robot takes on repetitive or arduous tasks.

Industrial vision, marking and testing

Quality control by camera, code reading, inkjet or laser marking, automated test benches: we integrate these functions directly into the machine, for complete traceability.
