After the completion of a pilot line, our client from Marseille asked us to create a line capable of handling 8-color screen printing at a rate of 4000 bottles per hour.

Main Operations Done at High Speed

• Bottle gripping
• Integration of the customer's screen printing process
• Flamming: heating and elimination of surface tension in glass
• Screen printing speed up to 1 m/s with an overlap accuracy of < 0.2mm
• 8 UV polymerizations (one per color)
• Opening
• Automated palletizing
