Complete automation of the blood testing process
Development of a fully automated blood analysis device to validate the effectiveness of a new generation of reagent products before their market launch, to the satisfaction of our client near Biot. Our main constraints were related to contamination issues in the medical industry.
Features of the Automated Blood Analysis Station
Two versions were created to meet the different needs of the end customer:
- An initial version used post-centrifuge with an integrated vision system that validates color changes in reactive products and generates a test report
- A second version incorporated automated sample collection, a centrifuge, and automated reagent filling. The optimized vision system enabled more accurate test reports to be automatically generated for the end user.
