Automatic machine for the production of light sticks
ASM has designed an automated machine dedicated to the manufacture of light sticks. This line, integrated into an existing production environment, meets the requirements of high speed, precision and versatility, for use in the medical and cosmetic sectors.
Machine specifications
The machine allows the following operations to be performed in sequence:
- Injection of liquid components inside the tubes,
- Ultrasonic welding of the ends to ensure a watertight seal,
- Automatic cutting of tubes to the desired length.,
- On-board quality control at the end of the line.
Integration on existing line
Thanks to its compact and adaptable design, the solution integrates seamlessly into existing production lines. This automation reduces cycle time, improves the reliability of the manufacturing process, and ensures repeatable and secure production, even at very high speeds (2000 parts per hour).
