Hygiene Products Production Line
Goals:
The need of our client, one of the world leaders in household appliances, was to automate the production of hygiene products in non-woven materials. They were vacuum cleaner bags made by ultrasound.
Results:
The special machine designed ensured the production of 3500 bags per hour and performed the following tasks:
- Bag gripping
- Ultrasonic welding and cutting by rotating drum
- Cap gripping
- Ultrasonic welding of end caps
- Folding
- Stacking before packaging
Since its creation in 1997, ASM has designed and installed more than 300 production machines, prototypes and pilot installations in France and abroad, of which here are some examples:
