Custom Assembly Line
Our custom assembly line was designed to meet the need for assembling control boxes in the automotive sector, for a client based in the Rhône region.
Key Assembly Steps:
The line consists of nine different workstations. The main steps involve assembling the thermostatic kits by placing the segments and components into their capsules, along with the springs to ensure proper operation. The capsule caps are then welded. The next step is assembling the throttle, centering device, and capsule into the housing, installing the gaskets, and securing everything with a clip for a perfect seal. Finally, we perform rigorous internal and external leak testing, laser marking for precise identification, and individually package the units.
