High-speed winding machine for the production of adhesive bandages
ASM has developed a high-performance and versatile machine capable of handling different formats of adhesive bandages, fed by a master reel for efficient production to the satisfaction of our Marseille customer.
High Speed Winding
Our winding machine uses advanced techniques to ensure precise and rapid winding of adhesive bandages. Empty rolls are distributed by vibratory bowl feeders, placed onto shafts or mandrels by CNC axes, and then the master roll is cut and separated into two horizontal streams. The bandages are then wound at a very high speed, allowing a production of up to 35,000 rolls per hour.
