ASM has developed a high-performance and versatile machine capable of handling different formats of adhesive bandages, fed by a mother reel for efficient production to the satisfaction of our Marseille customer.

Very High Speed Winding

Our winding machine uses advanced techniques to ensure precise and fast winding of the plasters. The empty reels are distributed by vibrating bowls, put on shafts or chucks by digital axes, then the mother reel is cut and separated into two horizontal streams. The plasters are then reeled at very high speed, allowing production of up to 35,000 reels per hour.
