ASM designed and implemented in Marseille a bottle cooking installation after surface treatment, meeting the needs of very high industrial rates.

Features of the cooking oven

This solution integrates:

• An 80 m long industrial oven, capable of processing 40 bottles every 10 seconds, or 14,000 bottles per hour
• A 4 m wide gantry to ensure rapid and continuous feeding
• Complete conveying, palletizing and pre-packaging modules, guaranteeing a smooth and optimized process.

Purpose of the baking oven

This device fully automates the post-treatment of bottles, ensuring robustness, reliability and performance in an industrial configuration.
