Baking of Bottles after Surface Treatment
Goals:
Bottle firing and surface treatment for glass bottles for the food industry.
Results:
Gantry 4 meters wide and integrated into an 80-meter oven for a capacity of 40 bottles (width) pushed every 10 seconds, i.e. 14,000 bottles per hour.
Since its creation in 1997, ASM has designed and installed more than 300 production machines, prototypes and pilot installations in France and abroad, of which here are some examples:
