Automated Weaving Station for Composite Materials:
In the dynamic PACA region, we have created an autonomous weaving station for composite materials with up to 100 threads per centimeter.
Automation and Performance:
This weaving station offers advanced automation with automated winding and weaving over a useful area of 2 meters, accommodating up to 20,000 threads. It achieves a weaving rate of 10 meters per minute, ensuring optimal productivity for the manufacture of high-quality composite materials.
