Design of a multipurpose station for winding

This special machine was designed to make windings used in circuit breakers. Its unique feature is its dual operation, as it can be used in automatic or manual mode, for two different types of products.

Our proposed technical solution

Have a single versatile workstation with the following technical characteristics:

• Four-pole toroid primary winding with traction and conductivity control
• Two operating modes and two types of products for the user to choose from: automatic or manual and 2 or 4 wires
• Rate of 3000 to 6000 parts per hour
