Automation of high-speed glass screen printing

We are proud to present our achievement: a fully automated pilot line for screen printing glassware such as bottles, flasks, and glasses for our client located in Aix-en-Provence. Our goal was to develop a high-performance and precise solution to meet the specific needs of the glass industry.

Characteristics of the Screen Printing Line

A fully automated 2-color screen printing line was created, with a speed of 60 strokes per minute. The steps include incoming product preparation, heating, printing, UV curing, screen printing, and line exit.
