Objective: standardization of equipment
This project involved designing a semi-automated standalone workstation which had the particularity of having to adapt to a chassis predefined by the client, in order to standardize their equipment.
Technical Specifications of the Workstation
- Automated assembly of 3 silent blocks and soundproofing foam on the engine cover
- Checking for component presence and marking good parts
- Independent and semi-automated workstation (OMRON PLC)
