A leading French manufacturer of meters worked closely with ASM to automate the assembly of its various models. The aim of this fully automated production line was both to automate the assembly to automate the multiple tests needed to qualify the meters.
The main challenge of this project came from the many references to manage (10+), packaged in different ways.
To overcome this, ASM specifically designed for his client a production line equipped with 10 Universal Robots.
This 18-month project was a major milestone for ASM, as it proved its ability to design a fully automated production line with a significant numbers of robots fully integrated.
