Design of a multi-purpose winding station
This special machine was designed to make windings used in circuit breakers. Its unique feature lies in its dual operation, as it can be used in automatic or manual mode for two different types of products.
Our proposed technical solution
Having a single, multi-purpose workstation with the following technical specifications:
- Four-pole primary winding of toroids with tensile and conductivity control
- Two operating modes and two product types to choose from for the user: automatic or manual, and 2 or 4 wires
- Production rate of 3000 to 6000 pieces per hour
