Application: packaging for high-end perfumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The manufacture of this specific packaging for Jean-Charles de Castelbajac perfumes had the particularity of having 4 distinct layers to assemble (PE \u2013 polyethylene, PP \u2013 polypropylene), while ensuring cushioning of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assembly and Finishing Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The four layers of fabric were assembled in several stages: quilting\/unrolling, ultrasonic topstitching to give a red color to the imitation seams, cutting and welding the perimeter, then laying and gluing the entire assembly, and finally cutting out a Velcro strip. This highly precise and aesthetically pleasing manufacturing process took place in the workshops of Grasse, the world capital of perfume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
