In Grasse, ASM designed and installed a 24-meter stainless steel line for one of the world's two leading industrial perfume manufacturers. This line automates the conveying, weighing, and mixing of perfumes in drums. Four motorized trolleys serve both the new workstations and those of the existing line, and the installation was validated by a certified ergonomist.

The need: to handle heavy drums effortlessly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ASM has worked for many years with the two world leaders in industrial perfumery, both based in Grasse. For this client, the challenge was to facilitate the conveying of various perfume containers, optimize weighing, improve mixing, and protect operators, as the containers can be very heavy. The main difficulty was integrating the new workstations into an existing production line.

The solution: a stainless steel line and four motorized trolleys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ASM leveraged its expertise in industrial conveying and specifically designed four motorized handling units capable of serving both newly created and existing workstations. The entire system is constructed of stainless steel, in accordance with the requirements of the industrial perfumery sector.
