{"id":1861,"date":"2018-03-05T15:28:44","date_gmt":"2018-03-05T15:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asm.robin-druel.com\/realisations\/.html"},"modified":"2026-01-19T14:12:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T14:12:08","slug":"convoyage-pesage-et-melange-de-parfums-p102","status":"publish","type":"realisations","link":"https:\/\/www.asm-indus.com\/en\/realisations\/convoyage-pesage-et-melange-de-parfums-p102\/","title":{"rendered":"Automated Weighing and Blending Line for Perfumes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automated conveying, weighing and mixing of perfumes in barrels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ASM has been working for many years in collaboration with the two world leaders in industrial perfumery based in Grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom-designed installation for industrial perfumery in Grasse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the installation presented here was to facilitate the conveying of the various packaging options for the perfumes produced by our client, while also enabling optimized weighing, improved mixing, and ergonomic handling by operators, given the potentially significant weight of the containers. The main challenge of this project was integrating these workstations into an existing production line.
