It does not exist in a manufacturer&#039;s catalog: it is designed based on a precise need (rate, part dimensions, environment, operator safety), then manufactured and integrated into your site.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It takes three main forms:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>automatic<\/strong> : the machine performs all operations without an operator;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>semi-automatic<\/strong> : the operator loads or unloads, the machine does the rest;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>robotic<\/strong> An industrial robot or cobot performs the manipulation. It doses and weighs the product despite vibrations from the feed bowls, screws on the cap with torque control, and achieves a production rate of 2,500 syringes per hour, or several million per year.
